Once the merchandise has been handed over to the designated shipping agent, all responsibility for the shipping process, including handling, transit, and final delivery, is transferred to the customer. By purchasing our products, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:
Handover Process
1. Shipping Confirmation:
- We will notify the customer upon handing over the merchandise to the shipping agent. The notification will include all relevant shipping details, such as the shipping agent's contact information, tracking number (if available), and shipment date.
- The customer must ensure that the shipping details provided during purchase are accurate and up to date.
2. Documentation:
- Any required shipping documentation (e.g., invoice, packing list) will be provided to the customer at the time of handover.
Responsibility After Handover
1. Liability:
- Once the merchandise has been transferred to the shipping agent, we are no longer liable for any risks, including but not limited to loss, damage, delays, or misdelivery that may occur during transit.
- The customer is solely responsible for liaising with the shipping agent to track and manage the shipment.
2. Insurance:
- Customers are advised to purchase shipping insurance through the shipping agent to protect against unforeseen incidents, such as loss or damage during transit.
Customer Responsibilities
1. Coordination with Shipping Agent:
- The customer is responsible for maintaining communication with the shipping agent for any updates or arrangements related to the shipment.
- Any disputes, inquiries, or claims regarding the shipment should be directed to the shipping agent.
2. Customs and Duties (if applicable):
- For international shipments, the customer is responsible for understanding and fulfilling any customs clearance requirements in the destination country.
- Any taxes, duties, or fees incurred during customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Delivery Arrangements:
- The customer must provide accurate delivery instructions to the shipping agent and be available to receive the merchandise as per the agreed schedule.
Escalation and Support
While we are not liable for the merchandise after the handover, we are committed to providing reasonable support to our customers:
- In case of any issues with the shipping process, we will assist customers in obtaining the necessary information to contact the shipping agent.
- If required, we can help escalate matters to the shipping agent’s management for resolution. However, this assistance does not transfer liability back to us.
Important Notice
By proceeding with the purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to this shipping policy. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure smooth coordination with the shipping agent and manage the shipment after handover.
